Job Description:
As an LBO, you will oversee local banking operations within your home state. Responsibilities include handling customer transactions, managing day-to-day branch operations, promoting banking products, supporting credit and loan processes, and ensuring branch-level compliance and service standards. This is a full-time position with an initial 12-month probationary period in the role.

Strong communication skills (in English and the local language).
Banking knowledge, including products, services, regulations, and credit fundamentals.
Customer service orientation and ability to foster client relationships.
Sales and cross-selling ability for banking products.
