Job Description:

  • As an LBO, you will oversee local banking operations within your home state. Responsibilities include handling customer transactions, managing day-to-day branch operations, promoting banking products, supporting credit and loan processes, and ensuring branch-level compliance and service standards. This is a full-time position with an initial 12-month probationary period in the role.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (in English and the local language).
  • Banking knowledge, including products, services, regulations, and credit fundamentals.
