NLSAT is an entrance exam conducted to gain admission in the prestigious 3-year LL.B. (Hons.) programme at NLSIU Bangalore. The exam takes place in offline mode and is 150 minutes long.

Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for the NLSAT exam, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The minimum aggregate marks are as follows:
General/OBC: Minimum aggregate of 45%
SC/ST/PwD: Minimum aggregate of 40%

Create a new account with your email address and mobile number.
Fill Out the Application Form:

Attach scanned copies of your portrait, signature, and academic certificates in accordance with the standards.

Make payment online with a debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The NLSAT exam is divided into 2 papers: Part A and Part B. Part A is an objective paper which includes English reading comprehension, current affairs/general knowledge and logical reasoning. All the questions in the part are MCQs.
While Part B is a subjective exam with 5 short answer questions on legal aptitude and reasoning. It tests clarity of argument and writing skills. Both parts carry a weightage of 75 marks each.
