General: Not more than 31 years

F&A: Not more than 28 years for UR & 33 years for SC

S&P: Not more than 28 years

Junior Stenographer: Not more than 27 years for UR & 30 years for OBC

Junior Secretariat Assistant (General) – Hindi: 12th pass with Hindi typing speed of 30 wpm on computer (9000 KDPH).

Junior Secretariat Assistant (F&A): 12th pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (10500/9000 KDPH).

Junior Secretariat Assistant (Stores & Purchase): 12th pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (10500/9000 KDPH).

Junior Stenographer: 12th pass with shorthand speed of 80 wpm in English/Hindi (Dictation: 10 mins; Transcription: 50 mins in English or 65 mins in Hindi).

CSIR Madras Complex Recruitment 2025: A notice for the positions of Junior Secretariat Assistant and Junior Stenographer has been released by CSIR Madras Complex. For these positions, there are eight openings. Applicants may apply for this position if they have completed their 12th grade. Candidates who meet the requirements may apply online by May 19, 2025, at the latest.

The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as opted by the candidates in the Application Form) at the speed of 80 w.p.m. for the post of Junior Stenographer.
