Apprentice

ITI/Diploma/Graduate/B.E./B.Tech degree

Technical Training: Undergo structured apprenticeship training in assigned discipline (ITI, Diploma, or Graduate).

Laboratory Support: Assist in experiments, testing, and day‑to‑day operations at Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), Delhi.

Research Assistance: Support scientists and engineers in ongoing defence R&D projects.

Equipment Handling: Learn to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and machinery.

Documentation: Prepare technical notes, maintain records, and assist in report generation.

Compliance & Safety: Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to DRDO’s standards.

- Basic technical knowledge in ITI, Diploma, or Graduate engineering disciplines.

Ability to assist in laboratory experiments and research projects.

Familiarity with handling scientific instruments and equipment.

Problem‑solving mindset for technical and operational tasks.

Documentation and reporting skills for maintaining records.

Awareness of safety protocols in labs and industrial environments.

Willingness to learn advanced defence R&D concepts.
