Flying Branch officers handle piloting and operational duties of aircraft and related systems.

Ground Duty Technical officers manage and maintain technical equipment and systems, ensuring operational readiness.

Ground Duty Non-Technical officers manage administration, logistics, accounts, education, and meteorology functions essential to Air Force operations.

All officers are responsible for contributing towards mission readiness, operational excellence, and maintaining discipline within the force.

For Flying Branch: Graduation with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or a BE/B.Tech degree from a recognized university, with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. BE/B.Tech degree in specified engineering disciplines with minimum 60% marks or Ground Duty (Technical) Branch. And graduation or post-graduation in relevant fields such as administration, accounts, logistics, or education with a minimum of 60% marks.

Strong technical and analytical skills, especially for technical branches.

Physical fitness and mental agility.

Good communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and in disciplined environments.

Teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
