Job Requirement

Must be a domicile of the State/UT applied for (except Andaman & Nicobar Islands, where candidates from other States/UTs may apply, with preference to local candidates).

Must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an IIT, NIT, or a top 100 NIRF-ranked engineering institution.

Final-year students can apply if they complete their degree before joining.

Qualification must be recognized by AICTE, UGC, or the relevant State Technical Board.

Job Description

National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has released the NHIDCL Associate Recruitment 2026 notification for 100 vacancies under the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS). Candidates with a B.Tech/B.E degree are eligible to apply online through the NHIDCL Resource Pool Portal. The online application process begins on 8 July 2026 (10:00 AM) and closes on 5 August 2026 (5:00 PM). Selected Associates will be posted across 14 States and Union Territories where NHIDCL operates.

Tenure: 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance, up to a maximum of 3 years (2+1).
