Job Description

Deputy Managers are recruited in four disciplines: HR, Finance & Accounts (F&A), Contracts & Materials Management (C&MM), and Legal. Their responsibilities vary by domain:

Deputy Manager (HR)

- Manpower planning and recruitment

- Employee welfare, training, and development

- Performance management and HR policy implementation

- Handling industrial relations and statutory compliance

Deputy Manager (F&A)

- Budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting

- Taxation, audit coordination, and internal controls

- Managing payments, payroll, and financial systems

- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Deputy Manager (C&MM)

- Procurement of goods and services

- Contract negotiation and vendor management

- Inventory control and logistics

- Compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Deputy Manager (Legal)

- Providing legal advice and support

- Drafting and vetting contracts and agreements

- Handling litigation and legal documentation

- Ensuring regulatory compliance and dispute resolution

Required Skill

Deputy manager HR:

MBA/PG Degree in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations qualification, skills require: - Talent acquisition and workforce planning

Employee engagement and training skills

Labor laws and compliance skills

Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Deputy Manager (F&A)

CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

Financial reporting and budgeting

Taxation and audit coordination skills

ERP and accounting software proficiency

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Deputy Manager (Legal)

Engineering Degree + MBA/PG in Materials Management

Procurement and supply chain management skills

Contract negotiation and vendor relations skills

Inventory and logistics control skills

Knowledge of government procurement norms

Deputy Manager (Legal)

Full-time LLB or equivalent law degree

Legal drafting and documentation skills

Litigation and case management skills
