Sr. Assistant Officer (HR):

Graduate degree from a recognised university/institute.

At least 2 years full-time PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Management with specialisation in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management.

OR Master’s in Social Work (MSW), MHROD, or MBA with specialisation in HR.

Minimum 60% marks as per university/institute norms.

Computer knowledge is essential.

Law degree is desirable.
