Handle litigation and represent NTPC in courts and tribunals.

Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and MoUs.

Provide legal advice to management on corporate and regulatory issues.

Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and government regulations.

Manage arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution processes.

Support project teams with land, labour, and contract-related legal matters.

Coordinate with external counsel for effective case management

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.

Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills.

Ability to manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel.

Proficiency in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution
