Station Duties: Helping with passenger assistance, parcel handling, and platform management.
Workshop Assistance: Supporting fitters, welders, and mechanics in railway workshops.
Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols during track work and train operations.
Basic Mechanical/Electrical Knowledge: Understanding tools, equipment, and simple repair work.
Manual Handling Skills: Ability to lift, carry, and operate equipment safely.
Problem-Solving Ability: Quick response to operational or technical issues.
Communication Skills: Clear reporting of issues and coordination with colleagues.
Adaptability: Ability to work in varied conditions (day/night shifts, outdoor environments).
