Maximum: 28 years.

A full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 65% marks (average of all semesters)

Not older than 28 years as of December 5, 2025

Undergo intensive one-year technical training at various SAIL plants, mines, and units across India

Gain hands-on experience in steel manufacturing processes and plant operations

Participate in departmental projects related to process optimization and production efficiency

Develop technical and managerial skills through practical exposure and classroom learning

Assist in maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards during operations

Support teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the plant.

After training, take on responsibilities as Assistant Manager, including supervising operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in plant processes.

A full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 65% marks (average of all semesters)

Strong technical knowledge in respective engineering discipline (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy)

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle operational and technical challenges

Good communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting

Ability to learn and adapt quickly during the intensive training and on-the-job exposure
