Consumer Protection: Support initiatives to safeguard consumer interests, including complaint redressal mechanisms.

Research & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, policy briefs, and recommendations for senior officers.

Coordination: Work with telecom operators, government departments, and other stakeholders for smooth regulatory functioning.

Analytical ability to evaluate technical data and service quality reports.

Proficiency in drafting technical reports and regulatory documentation.

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Problem-solving aptitude for dispute resolution and consumer issues.
