Job Description:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Sprinklr Marketing, leveraging its AI-driven automation for campaign execution, content planning, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Integrate Sprinklr Social Listening with marketing platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, and CDPs) to create data-enriched, sentiment-driven campaigns that enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Utilize Sprinklr’s AI-powered Social Listening to analyze consumer sentiment, monitor brand perception, and extract actionable insights, feeding them into marketing automation workflows for real-time campaign optimization.
  • Assess marketing performance across email, social media, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and web analytics, leveraging AI and predictive analytics to refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel campaign strategies, ensuring insights from social listening influence content creation, audience segmentation, and media spend allocation.
  • Advise clients on MarTech/AdTech stack optimization, ensuring seamless integration between Sprinklr’s Unified CXM platform and leading marketing automation tools for end-to-end campaign orchestration.
  • Design AI-driven customer engagement frameworks, leveraging Sprinklr’s (or other equivalent) real-time consumer insights to trigger contextual marketing actions across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (technology providers, marketing agencies, and internal stakeholders) to drive scalable and insight-driven marketing solutions.
