Job Description:
Lead end-to-end Accounting & Finance operations including month-end closure, reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
Ensure full compliance with Indian taxation laws (Direct & Indirect taxes), corporate tax filings, GST, transfer pricing, and other statutory obligations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities, consultants, and external auditors to proactively address complex compliance requirements.
Oversee and coordinate with shared services teams for accurate and timely delivery of finance processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for business decision-making.
Drive process improvements, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Global Finance for seamless integration of finance activities.
Manage cash forecasts accurately through maximising collection and better planning on vendor payment.

Ensure compliance with Group tax policy.
Participate, review, and monitor existing policies, practices, tax reporting, filing, and processes to ensure they work effectively, efficiently, and are compliant with local tax laws and regulations.
Provide support with various internal audits and special tax-related projects.
Skills Required:
Deep expertise in Accounting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance in India.
Strong knowledge of direct tax, indirect tax, GST, transfer pricing and corporate tax matters.
Proven track record of managing shared service models in finance.
Understanding of payroll processes and related statutory requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
