Job Description:
- Develop and optimize email and push campaigns to increase user engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Segment user base and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements (open rate, CTR, CR).
- Build automated communication flows (drip, onboarding, win-back, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent communication.
- Collect user feedback and leverage insights to enhance content and strategy.
- Work on conversion rate optimisation and identify friction points in the user funnel.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email content creation.
- Proven track record of improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Braze).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization methods.
