Job Description:

  • Develop and optimize email and push campaigns to increase user engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Segment user base and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements (open rate, CTR, CR).
  • Build automated communication flows (drip, onboarding, win-back, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent communication.
  • Collect user feedback and leverage insights to enhance content and strategy.
  • Work on conversion rate optimisation and identify friction points in the user funnel.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email content creation.
  • Proven track record of improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Braze).
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization methods.
