Job Description:
- Welcome call and qualification of incoming leads from marketing channels.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM software.
- Share property details, brochures, and emails/WhatsApp communication.
- Coordinate site visit appointments and follow-ups.
- Support sales team with required lead insights, data, and scheduling.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients through professional communication.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up to enhance conversion.
