• The role involves:
• Working closely with the data engineering team to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensuring alignment of project objectives with overall business goals.
• Facilitating effective communication between data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Organising and leading regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks.
• Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Identifying potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data engineering.
