Copy and Interview Tips

You don't need to send any hard copy, and there is no interview. Selection is merit-based, using your 12th or diploma marks. You need at least 60%, or 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.

If shortlisted you must go through document verification and possibly a local language test, which is usually straightforward.

Carry your documents and self-attested copies and keep them safe.

Career Growth

This is a one-year training program, not a job. Still it gives you banking experience and looks good on your resume. It can also help you in bank exams, like IBPS and SBI. Keep studying.
