As an Associate Relationship Manager at CSB Bank, you will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to support credit and client management functions across the full deal lifecycle.

What You Will Do-

Credit and Underwriting:

Evaluate credit applications alongside Relationship Managers

Prepare credit proposals for approval

Assist in getting credit approvals through CAMs

Client and Deal Management:

Source and evaluate new business deals with senior RMs

Manage client relationships end-to-end

Support senior relationship team members on key accounts

Loan and Portfolio Management:

Support the loan delivery process from documentation to disbursement

Monitor and manage existing client portfolios

Maintain credit hygiene and ensure loan book quality

Who This Role Reports To:

Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager

Credit evaluation and proposal writing with working knowledge of CAM processes.

Client relationship management with the ability to support deal sourcing and portfolio monitoring.

Attention to detail in loan documentation, disbursement, and credit hygiene maintenance.
