Banker - Customer Experience/ Retail Branch Banking

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
• Post Graduate – MBA (Preferred)
• Prior exposure to retail liabilities, customer relationship management, or branch banking preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations.
• Candidates from the BFSI industry will be preferred.

Job Description:

• As a Banker in Customer Experience, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at your designated branch, delivering need-based financial solutions and building long-term banking relationships.
• You will manage an assigned customer portfolio, drive liability growth across Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposits, and actively cross-sell asset and wealth products.
• The role requires assessing customer propensity, maximising product penetration per relationship, and generating referrals from the existing client base.
• You will also ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal audit guidelines, data security policies, and KYC/AML norms while efficiently resolving customer queries.
