Job Description:
As a Banker in Customer Experience, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at your designated branch, delivering need-based financial solutions and building long-term banking relationships.
You will manage an assigned customer portfolio, drive liability growth across Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposits, and actively cross-sell asset and wealth products.
The role requires assessing customer propensity, maximising product penetration per relationship, and generating referrals from the existing client base.
You will also ensure full compliance with banking regulations, internal audit guidelines, data security policies, and KYC/AML norms while efficiently resolving customer queries.
