• Experience in school operations, exams, and compliance processes such as CBSE

Job Description:

In this role, you will lead and support teachers to meet modern learning needs and student goals. You will help maintain high standards of teaching and ensure students receive a strong and engaging learning experience.
You will take part in planning and improving the curriculum, making sure it matches current education guidelines like NEP 2020. You will also promote student-focused teaching methods and support skill development programs for both students and staff.
You will help build and manage school systems, processes, and policies to ensure smooth daily operations. Working closely with the Vice Principal, you will support leadership tasks and help guide the academic team.
You will also ensure that exams, affiliations, and CBSE compliance activities are carried out properly. Along with this, you will encourage research, use of technology, and modern teaching tools to improve overall learning outcomes.
