Associate Director - Core Banking Systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields (mandatory).
• MBA / Certifications in Banking Technology, Cloud Architecture, or Product Management.

Job Description:

• A highly experienced Core Banking Product and Technology Lead with deep expertise in building, managing, and evolving core banking platforms. Skilled at driving product strategy, architecture, development, and transformation initiatives while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability to support business growth. Combines a strong understanding of financial services, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies like cloud-native platforms, API banking, and digital transformation.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Core Banking Platforms (e.g., TCS BaNCS, Infosys Finacle, Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc.)
• Banking domain knowledge: Retail banking, corporate banking, payments, deposits, lending, KYC/AML
• Product management and agile methodology
• System architecture, API architecture, and microservices
• Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) for banking systems
• Database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and data management
• Regulatory knowledge RBI, SEBI, GDPR, PCI DSS
• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Vendor and partner management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
