CA, MBA in finance, CFA, PGDM, or any other appropriate postgraduate degree from an accredited university or organization. The preferred course is the Certified Treasury Dealer Certificate in Treasury Management.
The candidate ought to have been the Deputy General Manager. equivalent role or higher, and must possess demonstrated managerial and leadership skills with at least 15 years of experience working in finance, credit, cash management, and various treasury desks, having worked in a bank's or financial institution's treasury for at least five years while serving in the rank of Assistant General Manager or a comparable role and higher
