Teach assigned subjects at secondary level [Classes 6–12] for TGT or senior secondary level [Classes 11–12] for PGT.

Prepare lesson plans, conduct classroom instruction, and evaluate student performance.

Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and student mentoring.

Support residential school duties, including supervision, pastoral care, and hostel responsibilities.

Collaborate with other staff for academic planning and school development.

A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject + B.Ed for TGT and a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks + B.Ed. for PGT

Subject expertise in relevant teaching discipline (e.g., Physics, English, Mathematics)

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Classroom management and student engagement techniques

Digital literacy for using smart boards, online platforms, and educational tools

Adaptability to rural and residential school environments

Teamwork and leadership in academic and extracurricular settings
