Job Requirement

1. Retired public sector bank officer (Scale IV or above) who retired on superannuation at age 60.

2. Must not be older than 63 years on the notification date.

3. Good service record with no major penalties in the last 5 years, no minor penalties in the last 3 years, not listed in ODI, and no criminal record.

4. Must be physically and mentally fit.

5. Experience in banking, HR, industrial relations, or departmental inquiries.

6. Good report-writing skills.
