Therapy Business Manager - GI Prima

Requirements:

• BSc/B. Pharma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong communication & analytical skills may apply.
• Prior/current experience in the same therapy area is an added advantage.
• Candidates from MNCs or top Indian pharma companies will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, fluent speaking ability.

Job Description:

Meet assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets and grow market share.
Execute effective fieldwork independently with minimal supervision.
Report daily field activities on the designated online platform.
Adhere to the call average, coverage, and frequency norms of the assigned division.
Generate the maximum number of prescriptions through strategic product promotion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Act as a confident brand ambassador and contribute to strategy development.
