• Understanding of compensation processes such as salary benchmarking and variable pay
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good project management and coordination skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

Job Description:

Ericsson is hiring an Officer Total Rewards GSSC to support the execution of global compensation programs. The role involves working with HR teams and business leaders to manage salary reviews, incentive plans, and reward programs across Global Shared Services Centers.
You will help track execution timelines, analyze salary data, and support compensation planning. The role also includes working with HR systems, assisting in testing and implementation, and creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
