Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in HR or related field
Understanding of compensation processes such as salary benchmarking and variable pay
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Good project management and coordination skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
Experience in reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics tracking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
