Job Description:

A leading global investment firm is seeking an Analyst to join its Compliance team in Hyderabad, supporting attorneys and compliance professionals in ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.
As part of the Financial Operations group, the role involves supporting trading desks through research on positions and regulations across asset classes and jurisdictions. It includes using data analytics and visualization techniques such as statistical analysis and predictive modelling, on tools like Power BI.
The position also covers regulatory filings, monitoring trading activities, and reviewing surveillance alerts in line with frameworks such as MAR. Additionally, it offers exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities to enhance compliance workflows, trading infrastructure, and regulatory processes in a dynamic environment.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of global financial regulations across regions such as the US, UK, EU, and Japan
• Familiarity with asset classes like Options, Futures, and ETFs
• Experience or exposure to data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and clustering techniques
• Ability to interpret complex financial data (long/short positions) for regulatory reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alongside trading and compliance teams
