Infoneo is hiring a highly driven and energetic Lead Generation Executive SDR with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT services. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research. The role involves targeting startups, SMEs, and enterprise businesses as well as engaging with key decision-makers such as CTOs, founders, and product heads.
You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, and qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team. Scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team will be an important part of your responsibilities.
The role also requires maintaining accurate CRM records, including tracking lead status, managing follow-ups, and monitoring conversions. You will work closely with both sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
