Postgraduate degree in Construction Management with Civil Engineering or B.Arch
Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare projects
Basic understanding of construction processes, permits, and project stages
Ability to work with different project teams and stakeholders
Job Description:
As a Project Engineer, you will support the planning and execution of construction projects by working closely with the project manager and team members. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
The role includes coordinating permits, inspections, and approvals, as well as maintaining key project documents such as contracts, drawings, and permits. You will monitor timelines, track milestones, and help ensure that work is completed on schedule.
Regular site visits will be part of your work to check progress and ensure safety and quality standards are followed. You will also manage project changes, maintain checklists and risk logs, and support cost tracking by working with the QS team.
In addition, you will assist during both pre-construction and post-construction phases and help organize documents for project closure.
