Senior Data & Analytics Engineer (India - Remote)

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in Data Engineering or Data and Analytics
• Strong experience with Snowflake and dbt
• Good knowledge of AWS data services
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and large data systems

Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of large-scale data platforms and pipelines
• Build and manage data models and transformation workflows using dbt
• Develop and maintain ETL and ELT processes for smooth data flow
• Set up and manage data warehousing solutions using Snowflake
• Use AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and EC2 for data tasks
• Ensure data quality, governance, and system performance
• Work closely with business teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Guide and support junior team members

Skills Required:

• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Good understanding of data modeling and data architecture
• Ability to build scalable and reliable data systems
• Knowledge of CI and CD processes
• Familiarity with tools like Airflow or similar orchestration tools
