Partnership Trainee
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing / Sales / Mass Communication
Job Description:
- Identifying new partners and executing a long-term relationship
- Building a strong pipeline with the Partners to drive revenues
- Maintain high satisfaction across our partners and their customers
- Familiarize Partners with the Product features / functionalities
- Plan & execute strategies with the Partners to grow the market presence
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Timely reporting of Partner Performance, Deals in Pipeline, Red alert, target achieved, and support needed
- Negotiate with partners to successfully on-board and hence expand CK Business
- Dealing with the partners to ensure they meet CK Legal Requirements and hence liaising with the legal team
Skills Required:
- Working in a start-up environment
- Ability to find new partners to increase new partner pipeline
- Ability to identify business issues and find innovative solutions
- Experience collaborating across multiple time zones
- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver
- Proven solution selling experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
