Job Description:
- Achieve sales target.
- Expand customer base by opening new accounts.
- Visit customers regularly as per the agreed visit plans.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and submit all the required reports to see the competitor prices & activities.
- Follow up on the Channel stock level at the trade and propose any needed actions to follow up on the sellout.
- Enhance the company's visibility by executing display plans with Signage & In-shop branding, as per Policy.
- Stick to the Payment/Commercial policy and ensure the collection of the market outstanding
- Initiate a solution for regular market problems
- Set sales forecasts regularly.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance daily.
- Ensure maximum distribution to gain market share.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work under pressure & exhibits a High level of Energy
- Negotiator/Engager – You have a demonstrated track record of being able to engage others around your ideas/suggestions
- Self-starter – You are enthusiastic and self-motivated & able to perform with minimal supervision
- Communicative – Strong verbal and written
