Job Description:

  • Achieve sales target.
  • Expand customer base by opening new accounts.
  • Visit customers regularly as per the agreed visit plans.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and submit all the required reports to see the competitor prices & activities.
  • Follow up on the Channel stock level at the trade and propose any needed actions to follow up on the sellout.
  • Enhance the company's visibility by executing display plans with Signage & In-shop branding, as per Policy.
  • Stick to the Payment/Commercial policy and ensure the collection of the market outstanding
  • Initiate a solution for regular market problems
  • Set sales forecasts regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance daily.
  • Ensure maximum distribution to gain market share.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work under pressure & exhibits a High level of Energy
  • Negotiator/Engager – You have a demonstrated track record of being able to engage others around your ideas/suggestions
  • Self-starter – You are enthusiastic and self-motivated & able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Communicative – Strong verbal and written
  • Computer skills
