Job Description:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services domain, especially targeting startups and enterprises.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Pitching & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase KiwiTech’s capabilities and value proposition.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
