Job Description:

• The role includes:
• Assisting with logistics for international patients (airport pickups, hotel check-ins, hospital coordination).
• Helping schedule doctor appointments and facilitate hospital admissions/discharges.
• Being the primary contact for patients during their stay in India.
• Supporting relationship management with partnered hospitals.
• Responding promptly and professionally to patient needs and issues.
