The role includes:
Assisting with logistics for international patients (airport pickups, hotel check-ins, hospital coordination).
Helping schedule doctor appointments and facilitate hospital admissions/discharges.
Being the primary contact for patients during their stay in India.
Supporting relationship management with partnered hospitals.
Responding promptly and professionally to patient needs and issues.
