At least 12 to 15 years of experience leading complex web teams across development, technology, product, and delivery functions.
Deep understanding of modern web development practices across front-end and back-end frameworks and architectures.
Proven success in product management and agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with design, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, user-centered digital solutions.
Experience applying web as a strategic marketing platform to drive audience engagement, lead generation, personalization, and brand expression
Familiarity with implementing digital analytics and performance measurement frameworks in support of optimization.
Job Description:
Lead and support a cross-functional team in India across key disciplines including development, technology, product, authoring, quality assurance, analytics, and delivery. Guide a group of approximately 5 to 7 direct reports, within a broader team of 20 to 30 individuals, ensuring the right team structure, clear responsibilities, and preparedness to meet evolving business needs.
Provide direction and oversight for all front-end and back-end development efforts. Ensure the delivery of scalable, performant, and modern solutions aligned with the overall digital strategy. Partner with dev leads to uphold high technical standards, accelerate innovation, and maintain code quality. Bring an awareness of how emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, can enhance development efficiency and web performance.
Lead product planning and agile execution across all web workstreams, alongside our dedicated Sr. Program Manager and Product Manager. Help steer road mapping, as well as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery milestones. Ensure strong alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes. Guide teams in working iteratively and efficiently with a clear focus on measurable results. Demonstrate the ability to lead and adapt across a variety of delivery models, based on the complexity, scope, and velocity of each initiative.
Partner closely with the Web Strategy Lead and the user experience, interface design, and analytics teams to deliver thoughtful, data-informed solutions. Ensure user needs, design excellence, and measurement strategies are integrated from the start of each initiative. Support implementation of analytics frameworks to monitor performance and inform optimization, leveraging our data engineers. Foster a culture of product innovation by championing experimentation and encouraging new approaches to solving business and user challenges.
