Requirements:

• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring long-term retention and repeat business.
• Market Expansion: Promote and introduce insurance products to new clients and potential customers.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.
