Quality Assurance Team Lead

Requirements:

• A detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Lead to oversee the quality assurance process.

Job Description:

The role includes:
Overseeing the end-to-end quality check process across all research studies.
Ensuring projects meet internal and client-specific quality standards.
Auditing data collected through fieldwork, coding, and data entry for accuracy and consistency.
Collaborating with project managers, field teams, and data units to identify and resolve quality issues.
Creating, updating, and managing quality checklists and SOPs.
Mentoring and training junior quality team members for skill and performance improvement.

Skills Required:

• Experience in quality control within the market research or consulting space.
• Strong understanding of data validation techniques, especially for survey-based research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality management tools.
