• The role includes:
• Overseeing the end-to-end quality check process across all research studies.
• Ensuring projects meet internal and client-specific quality standards.
• Auditing data collected through fieldwork, coding, and data entry for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborating with project managers, field teams, and data units to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Creating, updating, and managing quality checklists and SOPs.
• Mentoring and training junior quality team members for skill and performance improvement.

Skills Required:

• Experience in quality control within the market research or consulting space.
• Strong understanding of data validation techniques, especially for survey-based research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality management tools.
