Roles & responsibilities:
Working closely with product managers, engineering, QA, and UX teams to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules and trackers using Azure DevOps, MS Project, or other tools.
Generating accurate and timely project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
Tracking budgets, resource allocations, and milestone completion to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
Identifying risks and blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
Facilitating sprint and release planning in coordination with technical leads and Scrum Masters.
Ensuring all documentation, decision logs, and status updates are current and accessible to relevant teams.
